The polymer timing pulley is mounted at the end of the drum to separate the drive and conveying in the area. The conveying is more stable and has the characteristics of high speed and low noise.
2. The bearing end cover consists of precision ball bearings, polymer housing and end cover seal. Combined, they provide an attractive, smooth and fairly working roller.
3. The end cap design protects the bearing by providing excellent dust resistance and splashing water.
4. Large transmission capacity, compact structure, no tension mechanism and
simple design.
5. No slippage during transportation, and the efficiency is higher.
6. The T5 toothed design is suitable for roller conveyors with higher versatility.
7. It has accurate positioning and uses MDR to meet the application requirements of the load part.
8. Suitable for harsh environments such as clean rooms using PU synchronization belts.
9. Compared with traditional belt transmission, it is waterproof (no slippage) and has the ability to work in certain harsh environments.
10. It does not require lubrication and is easy to maintain.
11. Different timing belt models match different center distances of the rollers. (See Appendix)
12. Suitable for high-speed applications. The maximum speed varies with drum length and diameter. The maximum speed can reach 2 ~ 3 m/s.
13. Standard configuration surface impedance with anti-static design ≤ Ω.
14. Temperature: -5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃.
